You can cancel your scheduled lesson here.(https://www.langsnack.com/account/my-bookings) Or Go to My account > My booking > Cancel • According to our cancellation policy, you can reschedule or cancel a lesson for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be charged for the lesson, in another word, losing credit. • Your tutor can reschedule or cancel lessons after the scheduled start time without charging you. You can contact your tutor to discuss late rescheduling or cancellation. • Please remember that tutors reserve the right to make the final decision about late rescheduling and cancellation.

You must give us 7 hours ahead of time if you want to reschedule due to personal reasons. In exceptional circumstances, and always at the discretion of your Tutor, we might be able to reschedule your class without you losing the credit for your lesson.

Booking a lesson is easy! Follow these steps: 1️⃣ Go to www.langsnack.com.(http://www.langsnack.com/) 2️⃣ Click on Online Lesson > Korean - Private > Private. 3️⃣ Select Book Now to begin. 4️⃣ Choose your preferred time under Schedule Appointment. 5️⃣ Fill out your details in the provided form. 6️⃣ In the Payment Section, you can: • Choose a plan for multiple lessons (recurring plans renew automatically each month). • Or purchase a single lesson. 7️⃣ Click Buy Plan or Checkout to complete your booking. After Booking: • You can check your subscription plan under My Profile > My Subscription. • To view your class schedules, join the Zoom meeting, or reschedule a class, go to My Profile > My Booking and use the provided links.
