Korea Airport Bus Assistance

Thank you for choosing my tour service. Please take a moment to review the terms below. By booking a tour, you agree to these conditions.

1. Service Scope

  • This service provides assistance with the pre-purchase of official public airport bus tickets (Incheon⇄ Seoul or other cities).

  • Service is available both directions:

    • From airport → hotel/destination

    • From hotel/destination → airport

  • It is remote only: your ticket and instructions will be delivered by email or WhatsApp.

  • We do not provide private vehicles, personal drivers, or in-person airport assistance.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment (ticket cost + service fee) must be made before tickets are issued.

  • Payment instructions will be sent after booking.

  • Tickets are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. Ticket Validity & Flight Delays

  • Tickets are valid for the specific date and route purchased.

  • If your flight is delayed, we will try to change your ticket to the next available bus.

  • ⚠️ If the bus company requires a new ticket or charges extra for changes, you are responsible for the additional cost.

  • If no later bus is available, the ticket may be forfeited.

  • Some midnight buses are available, but fares are usually higher than regular daytime buses.

4. Group Bookings & Seating

  • We will always try to book your group on the same bus.

  • If the bus is full, we may need to split the group across different buses to match your travel needs.

  • If you insist on traveling together, tickets will only be purchased for the next bus that has enough seats, which may involve waiting.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Partial refunds are only possible in the following cases:

    • Official flight cancellation (proof required).

    • Bus cancellation by the bus company.

  • Service fees are always non-refundable, even if your flight or bus is canceled.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing correct flight details, travel time, and hotel address.

  • We are not responsible for errors, missed buses, or lost tickets caused by inaccurate information.

  • You must arrive at the bus stop on time. If you miss the bus, the ticket is forfeited.

  • Emergency support is limited to 24 hours after your scheduled departure. We are not responsible for issues reported later than this period.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations made by the bus company.

  • We are not responsible for any costs or losses due to flight delays, missed buses, or transport disruptions.

  • Our responsibility ends once your ticket and instructions have been sent to you.

8. Agreement

By booking this service, you confirm that you:

  • Understand this is for public airport buses only, not private transport.

  • Acknowledge this is a remote-only service with no in-person airport assistance.

    Accept that extra costs for flight delays, rebooking, or midnight fares are your responsibility.

    Accept that your group may be split across different buses unless you choose to wait for the next one.

  • Agree to the refund and cancellation policy.

  • Release us from responsibility for issues caused by airline delays, bus company operations, or traveler errors.
